Break the cauliflower into small florets by hand, tear the oyster mushrooms into slices, and slice the garlic

Heat oil in a pan and sauté garlic slices until fragrant

First add the oyster mushrooms and stir-fry briefly, then add the cauliflower and stir-fry until they change color slightly and become soft

Add a little salt to taste before serving
