Take half a native chicken, wash it, add salt, soy sauce, ginger slices, and green onions and marinate it for flavor. Poke small holes in the chicken skin to make it easier to absorb the flavor. Marinate it for two hours and then steam it in a pot

Steam the ingredients together for 20 minutes, then simmer

Pour the steamed juice into a small bowl, heat up a pot over low heat and sauté the white onions. Let the chicken cool, cut into pieces, pour on the onion oil and the steamed juice, and sprinkle with chopped green onions.
