Overview
Soy milk is a traditional Chinese drink. It was made in the early days by Liu An, King of Huainan in the Western Han Dynasty. The soybeans were soaked in water, ground with a stone mill, filtered, and boiled. Soy milk is rich in nutrients, easy to digest and absorb, and is different from milk in Western countries. Soy milk is a food with Chinese national characteristics and is now widely popular in countries all over the world.

Soybeans are processed for 4-8 hours
