Oyster and winter melon soup
Overview
Oysters are one of my favorite ingredients. In addition to being used to braise pig's feet, adding a few dried oysters to melon soups such as winter melon and loofah is very delicious.

Slice the winter melon and flatten the ginger with the back of a knife and set aside

One egg, beaten, cut the oyster sauce in half;

Pour the egg liquid into the wok and spread it into an egg cake

Add water to the pot, add oyster sauce, and bring to a boil over high heat;

After the soup boils, add the winter melon. Boil the winter melon until it becomes transparent. Add ginger salt to taste.
