Prepare the ingredients. Be sure to boil the sago in a pot of water until it is almost transparent and you can see a small white dot in the center. Turn off the heat, cover with a lid and let it cool naturally.

Dice mango and set aside

After the sago is cooled, use a sieve to filter out the water used to cook the sago, rinse with cold boiled water and set aside.

Mix milk, mango, and sago, add appropriate amount of sugar, and complete. It tastes even better after being chilled in the refrigerator!
