Prepare the raw materials. If you want to do your job well, you must first sharpen your tools!

Separate egg whites and egg yolks, beat the egg whites, and add sugar in three batches during the beating process, about 25 grams each time! (Do not add all of it and leave about 30 grams for later use)

The egg whites should be beaten like this. When the egg beater is lifted up, if a small tip stands up, it means the egg whites are beaten well (⊙o⊙)! Place the beaten egg whites in the refrigerator to chill!

Next, beat the egg yolks. Just lightly beat the egg yolks. Add the remaining sugar, salad oil, milk, and stir evenly. Add one-third of the egg white paste and stir evenly (do not rotate and stir, as it will scatter the egg white paste!)

Pour all the stirred egg yolk paste into the remaining two-thirds of the egg white pot, and stir evenly!

Pour the mixed batter into an 8-inch cake mold, pop out the big bubbles, and bake in the oven at 170° for one hour!

The fragrant cake is out of the oven. Turn it upside down on the grill and let it cool before demoulding (be sure to turn it upside down, otherwise the cake will shrink)
