Spinach noodles made with a noodle press
Overview
The first time I used the noodle press, the dough was too soft and I failed to make noodles. Haha, I read other people’s noodle kneading experiences on the Internet and found out that the noodle press needs to knead the dough harder. I finally made the noodles I wanted. The baby’s noodles in the afternoon were settled, and the mother felt a sense of accomplishment in making the baby something to eat! ! !

Wash the spinach and put it into a blender, add an appropriate amount of water, and make spinach juice. I did not filter it and left the spinach residue in the juice.

Knead into a dough that is relatively hard

Cut the dough into smaller pieces and press it with your hands into a thin dough

After using the 7th gear of the dough press to press four or five times, then use the 4th gear to press two to three times. The dough will be more even and smooth
