Overview
I like to eat fruits, and I also like to can them when I have time. The apples I bought some time ago don’t taste very good, so I don’t want to eat them and keep them in the refrigerator. After half a month of rainy days, I finally saw the sun today and my mood improved. I still have some pineapple left over from yesterday and I want to can it.

Wash the apples and pineapples and cut them into small pieces. You can use any fruit. I used the ones I had at home

White sugar, a small amount of rock sugar, the amount can be increased or decreased according to your own taste

Put the fruit and sugar into the pot together, just cold water

Cover the pot and bring to a boil over high heat

After boiling the pot, remove the foam and simmer over low heat for one hour

It’s ready to eat. It’s best to cool it down and put it in the refrigerator for a day before eating. The taste is the same as the canned food you bought. It’s also a pleasure to eat some iced canned food made by yourself when you come back from outside in the hot summer
