Clean the corn, peel it, put it in boiling water and cook it for 4 minutes until it is ripe

Remove and drain

Cut the green pepper into small cubes the size of corn kernels

Set aside cooked pine nuts. If it is raw pine nuts, you can heat the wok, add the pine nuts and fry over medium heat, stir-fry until the color turns slightly golden and the aroma is released. Use a spatula to stir-fry occasionally to avoid uneven color. Let the fried pine nuts cool.

Heat the pan, pour in appropriate amount of scallion oil, and add corn kernels one by one

Add diced green pepper

Add pine nuts

Stir-fry for 2 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt and sugar

Cover the pot and cook for a while. If you feel the vegetables are too dry, you can add a small amount of water along the edge of the pot, and finally sprinkle with MSG and stir well.
