Add flour and water and knead into a harder dough for 20 minutes

Knead the dough and divide it into small portions

Roll out into a disc with a thickness of about 3mm

Roll out the dough and cut it into 4 small portions with a knife

Take a piece of dough and place it on the sushi mat. Use a chopstick to push it forward along the pattern and roll it up
