Today I’m going to make a simple fruit juice. Drinking it regularly is good for your health, especially if you don’t like fruits. It’s really good to have this cup. It has a sweet taste and really makes you appetite! Usually we use carrots for cooking. Today we have a different way of eating them, which is to squeeze them into juice. But pure carrot juice is not delicious. Mom added a healthier fruit, which is apples. Dad said to the side, "How do you taste both vegetables and fruits? You don't trust me at all. Come on, bring up the sweet vegetable juice!" Eating raw carrots can increase appetite and aid digestion. Apples can enhance memory, improve intelligence, promote growth and development, and lower blood pressure and cholesterol.
