Overview

Put all the ingredients except butter into the bread machine, press the kneading button to start the first kneading process

The kneading time of my bread machine is 20 minutes, and the fermentation time is 70 minutes

Take out the bread machine and divide it into 3 equal parts. If the dough is very sticky, you can apply an appropriate amount of corn oil on your hands and the chopping board

Roll the dough into long rows

Roll it up from bottom to top and put it upright

Roll out into a long strip, roll up from bottom to top, do this for all three doughs

Put it into the mold for secondary fermentation. I put it at room temperature about 30 degrees and fermented it for 1 hour. If it is fermented in the oven, it will ferment in about 40 minutes

Let it rise until it is eighty-full, cover it with a lid, place it in the middle and lower rack of the oven, and bake for about 30 minutes

Immediately after taking it out of the oven, place it on the grill and slice it into pieces after cooling.
