Mix the eggs, vegetable oil (I added some lard) and sugar evenly.

Stir well and sift in the flour

Add baking powder and baking soda, knead evenly and add chopped peanuts (forgot to beat them)

Prepare some chopped peanuts (cooked peanuts) and add them to the kneaded dough. Knead them into small balls and flatten them with your hands. Apply a layer of egg liquid with a little water and garnish with sesame seeds.

The middle rack of the oven is 180 degrees for 15 minutes
