Stir water, salad oil, and sugar (3g) evenly. When the sugar is saccharified, pour in low-gluten flour, cornstarch, condensed milk, and egg yolks.

Beat the remaining egg whites with a whisk and add sugar (17g) while beating.

Beat the egg whites until they form a curved shape.

Pour 1/3 of the egg white into the freshly mixed egg yolk paste and mix evenly.

Pour the evenly stirred egg yolk paste into the remaining 2/3 of the egg whites, and stir evenly.

Pour the batter into a piping bag.

Cut a small opening in the piping bag and squeeze out the shape.

The upper temperature is 170℃, the lower temperature is 150℃, and the heat is medium for 15 minutes.
