Silver cod
Overview
Silver cod is distributed in the Arctic Ocean and the North Pacific Ocean. This fish is a deep-sea fish in cold waters and has extremely high nutritional value, containing fat, protein and multiple vitamins. Because it resembles cod, it was first named cod in the Japanese market. The price is much more expensive than real cod. Due to its high nutritional value, it is often used in cooking and is widely distributed in the world's seas. I bought the cod online and fried it in the original stove today!
