Spicy shredded radish and pickles
Overview
The pickles I recommend to you today are simple to make but taste good. The prepared pickles are sweet and spicy, crisp, tender and fragrant. If you have time, you might as well make some for your family.

Wash green radish

Use a grater to rub into thin strips.

Dry in the sun for 1-2 days

This is after two days of drying, it should be eighty-nine minutes dry.

Wash away the floating soil from the dried shredded radish, pour in hot water and soak for a few minutes.

When soaking shredded radish, prepare seasonings: sugar, chili powder, salt, allspice

Squeeze out the water from the soaked radish shreds and put them into a container. (Don’t squeeze it too dry)

Add five spice powder, salt, sugar, chili powder and other seasonings in sequence

Add seasoning and mix well. Cover with an airtight lid and marinate for a few hours before eating.

Eat as you go, add a little sesame oil and mix well when eating. It tastes sweet and spicy, somewhat like Korean side dishes.
