Overview
Figs and grapes are seasonal fruits. Paired with soft and glutinous sago, they are sweet and smooth. They are a must-have dessert for afternoon tea and relief from the heat.

Put the sago into boiling water and cook for 15 minutes, then simmer over low heat for 10 minutes, so that the sago can be cooked thoroughly without any white core.

Ripe sago is translucent! Put it in cold water and wash it several times because there are little batter-like things on the outside of the sago.

Use a filter cloth to directly filter out the water from the cooled sago.

Put on a plate, add a spoonful of honey and mix well.

Pour in 100 grams of yogurt and stir evenly.

Tear off the skin of the fig and cut it into petals. Place a peeled grape in the middle and cut the grape into small pieces on the outside. You can also use it as your favorite nuts when eating!
