Pour milk into the pot

Add over low heat and stir gently with a spoon

Heat until small bubbles form on the edge of the pot

Add lemon juice and stir

You can see the whey and cheese separating

After coagulation, add salt and mix well

Place sterilized gauze on the filter, and pour the coagulated cheese and whey into the gauze

Wrap gauze

Press it down with something heavy to squeeze out the water

Just put it in the refrigerator overnight. 1250ml milk can make 214g cheese
