Buy two kilograms of pork, more lean meat and less fat meat. Use a meat grinder to grind it into minced meat

Add sugar, salt, sweet potato flour, eggs

Mix well

Pull out a piece of plastic wrap and place it on the cutting board

Put the meat on the plastic wrap

After rolling, tear off the plastic wrap

Place in a steamer, boil water and steam for 20 minutes
