Mango ice cream
Overview
Ice cream is a kind of food that can both cool down and replenish energy. It is very popular among children. High-quality ice cream contains a lot of real vitamins and can help supplement calcium. Weigh the ingredients, wash and set aside.

Peel the mango and remove the pulp.

Place in a food processor and blend until smooth.

Heat the milk over low heat.

Take the yolks from the eggs and add 1/2 of the sugar.

Stir with a whisk, then sift in the corn flour and mix until there are no lumps.

Slowly pour in the milk and simmer over low heat until thickened.

Add the remaining sugar to the light cream and beat until about 50%.

Add mango puree and mix well.

Pour in the egg milk, squeeze in the lemon juice, mix well, and freeze for more than 4 hours.
