Homemade Applesauce
Overview
Every time I was given apples, I kept more and more in the office before I finished them. I thought that I would like to drink them if I squeezed them into juice. After I bought a juicer and squeezed them a few times, I lost interest. I accidentally saw an introduction to various methods of making homemade jam, and I thought about processing the apples. Hehe, it was the first time I made it, and it was quite successful. The taste is delicate and sweet and sour, and it is delicious.

Wash and peel the apples, prepare salt water, and soak them while cutting to prevent oxidation and discoloration

After cutting everything, drain and prepare sugar and lemon

After draining, add an appropriate amount of white sugar and squeeze the juice of two lemons (the domestic lemons you buy are not sour), mix well, seal the fresh-keeping mold, marinate for about 1 hour, and squeeze it into a juicer. I didn’t have time to take pictures at this step, but this juicer squeezes more delicately

Squeeze it and put it in the rice cooker. Since I don’t have cooking tools, I only have this pot in the dormitory. Turn on the stove and heat it while stirring

It changes color slowly. You can’t adjust the heat of the pot or anything. You can only observe the color of the sauce yourself, and then put it in the bottle
