Tomato and egg noodles

-As a Henanese, the favorite thing to eat is definitely noodles. You won’t get used to it if you don’t eat it for a while. Eggs and tomatoes are very simple ingredients to make hot noodles. It’s also very fast to make. Isn’t it beautiful?

-Wash the lettuce and tear it into large pieces

-Wash and slice tomatoes

-Prepare noodles (dry noodles are also acceptable)

-Heat the pan, fry the eggs and set aside
