Overview
My favorite is Argentinian red shrimp. Steamed, braised in oil, and fried in salt, all have their own characteristics. Nowadays, cheese-baked with various ingredients, such as baked prawns and corn kernels, are really popular!

(1) Cut off the shrimp whiskers from the prawns and clean them with a toothbrush. (2) Use scissors to cut the shell on the back of the shrimp, and then use a kitchen knife to cut into the shrimp meat. Do not cut through, and remove the shrimp lines.

Sprinkle salt and pepper evenly and marinate for 20 minutes.
-
Chop the garlic, add butter to the pan, sauté the minced garlic until slightly yellow, turn off the heat, then add a spoonful of soy sauce and stir well.
-
Place the prepared prawns in a baking pan, sprinkle with fried garlic, and sprinkle with grated cheese. Preheat the oven and bake at 180 degrees for 8 to 10 minutes.
