Have the materials ready. Wash the chicken wings, add soy sauce, oyster sauce, vegetable oil, salt, sugar, cooking wine, and lemon juice to the washed chicken wings and stir evenly. Then put the seasoned chicken wings aside and marinate for 2 hours.

Heat the pan, add oil, and fry the marinated chicken wings on both sides until golden brown.

Put the sauce for marinating the chicken wings into the pot, add an appropriate amount of water, cover the pot and simmer for 30 minutes. Wait until the chicken wings are cooked before serving.
