If there is no ready-made pineapple as the raw material, you can use canned pineapple instead

Peel and cut the cucumber into cubes. Cut the chicken into cubes. Add cooking wine, soy sauce and a small amount of starch. Marinate for 15 minutes. Cut the pineapple into small cubes and soak in salt water to remove astringency
