Overview
Thousand layer cake, French name, Millecrêpe, more accurately, it should be called Mille Crepe. One of the most popular desserts in recent years, this French dessert with Japanese genes became popular in New York and gradually became popular all over the world. This time I tried the Durian Thousand Layers. It has a smooth taste and overflowing aroma~~

Ingredients
Steps
-
Crack the eggs into a bowl, add the sugar and beat well.
-
Add milk and mix well.
-
Add flour, stir evenly, and sift the batter twice through a sieve to obtain a fine and thick batter.
-
Melt the butter in hot water, pour in the flour batter, stir evenly, and the batter is ready.
-
Heat a non-stick frying pan over low heat, scoop a spoonful of batter into the pan, and shake the pan quickly to spread the batter into a thin layer on the bottom of the pan. The crust will puff up with small bubbles and it is ready. (To fry a thin layer of dough, the heat is very important. If the pan is too hot, the batter will solidify before it can evenly spread out, and the fried batter will be very thick. Therefore, you can put a wet rag next to the pan and put it on it to cool down when the pan is too hot. If conditions permit, you can use two pans to take turns, which is easier).
-
Spread the fried pie crusts flat on the plate one by one and let cool (be sure to spread them while they are hot, otherwise the crust will wrinkle after cooling).
-
To prepare the stuffing, take out the durian meat, remove the core, and use a spoon to press the durian meat into a puree. You can also use a juicer to squeeze it, which will be more delicate.
-
Pour the light cream into a bowl, add the sugar, separate the ice cubes, and use an electric egg beater to beat until it can maintain a straight texture, as shown in the picture.
-
Spread a piece of pie crust flat on a plate, scoop a spoonful of whipping cream, spread it evenly with a spoon, then cover it with a piece of pie crust, spread cream again, and so on.
-
Lay out the fourth pie crust and spread a thin layer of durian meat paste on it.
-
Then put another piece of pie crust, and then spread the cream, that is, 3 layers of cream and 1 layer of durian alternately until the pie crust is completely spread. After it is done, put it in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours, and you can eat it.
