Overview
The radish vegetables are pickled and it’s time to dry them in the sun. Although the photo is not good, the basic procedure is still complete. If you are interested in turning waste into treasure, give it a try! In addition, a small specialty restaurant we often go to has a very famous and expensive soup. It uses dried vegetables, some bamboo shoots slices, and some green onions. Repeat customers think they burned it, haha!

When the radish turns from green to golden yellow, it means it is marinated. Pour it out after opening and squeeze out the juice.

Spread gauze on the sieve, pour the radish greens, spread evenly with chopsticks, the thinner the better.

It was exposed to the sun for a whole day and was collected in a big soup bowl.

Put it in a large bowl or other container and steam it in an electric pressure cooker (or pressure cooker) over water.

I use the porridge cooking function, and the pressure cooker takes about 20 minutes.
