Prepare materials
-
Papaya needs to be ripe, peeled and cored (the diaphragm and membrane need to be removed as it will be bitter) and cut into cubes
-
Soak a piece of fresh white fungus (soak for half an hour) and cut into small pieces
-
(If it is dry, soak half of the flower for two hours)
-
Cut into small cubes and pack separately
-
Place the white fungus at the bottom of the stew pot, put the papaya on top, put three bowls of hot water until the ingredients are soaked (stew over low heat for 45 minutes)
-
Soak the wolfberry berries in hot sugar water for half an hour (put half a bowl of water and 10 rock sugars is enough). Take out the wolfberry berries and use the water to stew. (The enlarged picture has poor lighting and discoloration)
-
Choose small grains of rock sugar, open the lid, stir the rock sugar in evenly, simmer for 5 minutes, add wolfberry and simmer for 5 minutes, turn off the heat
