Prepare the materials
-
I use a pressure cooker to cook sago, which is very convenient. You don’t have to worry about adding an appropriate amount of water to the pressure cooker. Don’t cover it for 10 minutes. After the water boils, pour in the sago and mix it with a spoon. Now you can cover it
-
When cooking sago, you can remove the mango and remove the flesh from the mango skin
-
Mango pulp is ready
-
Add large diced mango pulp into the blender, then add 100 grams of milk and appropriate amount of sugar. If you like it sweeter, you can add more, then turn on the machine and blend into mango puree
-
Pour out
-
After simmering the sago for 10 minutes, do not open it and let it simmer for another 10 minutes. Then pour in the sago. In fact, I only simmered it for a few minutes in the picture you see. If you wait 7 or 8 minutes longer, it will be completely transparent.

Pour in some cold cooking water, mix it and then pour out the water
-
Pour the mango puree into the sago
-
Mix well
-
