Winter Melon with Tomato Sauce
Overview

Preparation materials: Peel the winter melon and cut into thin slices. Peel the tomatoes and cut into small pieces.

Chop green onion and set aside.

Heat the pot, pour in the oil, heat the pot with cold oil and sauté the chopped green onions until fragrant.

Add in diced tomatoes and stir-fry until softened and juice is released.

Squeeze in appropriate amount of tomato paste and stir-fry evenly.

Pour in the winter melon and stir-fry for a while.

After half-cooked, add salt and sugar to taste and stir-fry evenly.

Add an appropriate amount of hot water and cook the winter melon over medium-low heat.

When the juice is almost gone, add some dried shrimps, stir-fry for a while and then serve.
