Soak the pickled bamboo shoots in water three times

Chop the sour bamboo shoots

Wash the garlic and set aside

Heat oil in hot pan and sauté garlic until fragrant

Add the sour bamboo shoots and stir-fry for about a minute

Add appropriate amount of salt, light soy sauce and water, stir-fry for about a minute

Add appropriate amount of chili sauce and continue to stir-fry
