To make it easier to peel tomatoes, first roll the tomatoes in hot water and then put them in cold water.

Peel off the skin and cut into small pieces and set aside.

Add a little salt when whisking the egg liquid

When the oil is 80% hot, pour in the egg liquid and stir-fry until the eggs are slightly yellow and the texture will be charred on the outside and fragrant on the inside
