Overview

Black truffles were not popular in my family, and most of the locally produced truffles were exported to Europe, so to me, truffles have always been a legend in French cuisine. Although I grew up in a place where truffles are produced, it is not surprising that few people really know how to cook truffles. Because a week ago, my father caught about half a catty of truffles and fried them with chili peppers. I cried. Just to make up for my lack of appreciation for truffles, I made this soup.

  5. I happened to have broth, so I added 80% broth and 20% water.

  6. If you are adding water, add an appropriate amount of salt and pepper when the pot is about to start. I added this, Baicao salt.
