Cabbage and frozen tofu soup
Overview
In the past, Chinese cabbage was always eaten in winter, so I look forward to the Chinese New Year because I can eat other vegetables. Although there is no shortage of any vegetables now, I think cabbage is the best. I made my own frozen tofu a few days ago and had some leftover fried chicken nuggets, which was perfect for making a tofu and cabbage soup, which was light and delicious.
