The ingredients are very simple, pure milk, light cream, condensed milk, eggs, white sugar, and egg tart shell (finished product bought when I am lazy).

Combine whipping cream, condensed milk, pure milk and white sugar. Heat over water, stirring constantly, until the sugar melts and there are no particles. Take it out to cool! (If you use powdered sugar, you don’t need to heat it to melt it, just stir it evenly.)
