Passion Fruit Vinegar
Overview
Passion fruit is an aromatic fruit and is known as the king of juices. In recent years, due to the large-scale planting by local farmers, passion fruit has flooded into the market. In addition to eating it fresh and making juice, there are more and more ways to brew passion fruit. It can be soaked in wine or vinegar. Since I'm not a big drinker, soaking in vinegar is my preferred method. Passion fruit vinegar is bright in color, fragrant in taste, sour and sweet, and can soften blood vessels. It combines color, aroma, taste and nourishment.
