Condensed milk toast + condensed milk meal pack
Overview
After more than a year of diving, I finally have the courage to post pictures. I couldn't help but buy an oven 2 years ago. It was because I couldn't resist the temptation of these beautiful food pictures and wanted to make it myself. So I browsed food websites every day and recorded the recipes. As the saying goes, everything is difficult at the beginning. I failed many times when I first started doing it, and then I just stopped doing it. I just wondered which link was wrong and caused the failure. After I found the reason, I tried again the second year and it actually succeeded. I couldn't believe the first success and thought it was a coincidence. Then I did it several times and found that I could really do it. It was such a joy and satisfaction. . .

Steps
-
Put the Chinese ingredients together and knead evenly, then let it rise at room temperature until it is about 4 times in size (knead the dough at 9 a.m. and leave it until 3 p.m.);
-
Put the ingredients in the main dough except butter and the risen Chinese seeds together, and knead into a smooth dough;
-
Add butter and knead until fully expanded, let rest in a warm place for half an hour;
-
Take out the rested dough and deflate it, divide it into 4 equal portions, roll into balls and rest for 15 minutes;
-
Roll the relaxed dough into an oval, turn it over and fold inward one-third from the top and bottom, roll it from top to bottom, put it into a toast mold, and place it in a warm and moist place for final fermentation;
-
Finally, ferment until it is 9 minutes full. Place it in a preheated oven at 160°C. Place the lower layer on the upper and lower heat for about 40 minutes. After coloring, cover with tin foil;
-
It looks like it has just been baked in the oven for a while
-
It’s a little stained, remember to cover it with tin foil
-
After taking it out of the oven, remove from the mold and let cool;
-
I also made a meal bag using the same recipe. I will make more on weekends, otherwise there won’t be enough food
-
It looks like it fermented well in a warm place
-
Finally came out of the oven, the tin foil was too small and the color of the uncovered part was a bit dark
-
But it’s very soft and delicious,
