Cut mutton into small slices

Add salt, light soy sauce, cumin powder, chili powder, cooking wine, mix well and marinate for 10 minutes

Add cornstarch and mix well. If it is too dry, add some water and mix well

Add a little oil to the pot and add the mutton. The fat in the meat will release oil, so you don’t need too much oil
