Put the yeast into warm water and let it stand for a while. Pour the yeast water into the flour, mix it into a dough, and wait for fermentation

Pour the oil from the pastry into the pan. When the oil is hot, pour in 80g of flour

Fry until flour removes fat, let cool and set aside

Fermented dough

Roll out with a rolling pin and spread with pastry

Fold, pinch the edges tightly, and roll into a rectangular shape. Then make a third fold and roll it out again.

Roll it out and fold it from one section

Divide into equal portions as needed

Take one portion and pinch both ends tightly to prevent the pastry from leaking out

After finishing, relax for 5 minutes

Roll it into a round shape, add peanut and sesame filling, and close the edge downward

Completed in order

Roll out into a cake and bake until golden brown on both sides

Take out the pot and start eating
