Minced Pork and Beans
Overview
The kidney beans (long beans, also known as cowpeas) sold in the summer vegetable market are fresh and tender, green and cheap. After drying and dehydration, they are stored and can be eaten in the off-season. They are an ideal raw material for summer cooking!

Steps
-
Wash the beans and drain the water.
-
Cut the beans into small dices.
-
Put the meat filling into a bowl, add an appropriate amount of starch, stir the starch and minced meat with soy sauce evenly, and marinate for 5 minutes.
-
Heat oil in a pan. When the oil is hot, add minced meat. Use a spatula to stir-fry quickly to avoid sticking to the pan. Stir-fry until the minced meat forms chunks. Take it out and set aside.
-
Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, stir-fry until fragrant, and add beans. Then add a small amount of soy sauce and stir-fry evenly. Be careful to use high heat, otherwise the beans will not be cooked well.
-
When the beans are half cooked, add the fried minced meat, then add the chicken essence and stir-fry for a while.
-
When almost cooked, add a small amount of sesame oil and salt. Turn off the heat and serve.
