Meat floss cake
Overview
Some time ago, a friend bought a kind of brushed cake for his child. When he told me the name, I thought it was made with mozzarella-type cheese added to it. When he showed it to me, he discovered that it had meat floss added in it. The so-called brushed cake is made of meat floss, haha. I happened to have chicken floss for my baby, so I immediately started making this cake. After I finished it, I gave some to my friend’s baby. My friend said that it would be better to make it myself to have a pure aroma. People are complimenting us, but it’s true that we make it without any additives and it tastes reassuring.

Ingredients
Steps
-
Homemade chicken floss for later use
-
Put the eggs and sugar into the mixing bowl
-
I use an ACA mixer to beat the egg liquid. When the egg liquid is beaten until there are lines, keep an eye on it
-
Just beat the egg head in advance so that the dripping egg liquid texture does not disappear
-
Sift in low-gluten flour
-
Mix well
-
Put the milk and oil into a bowl and mix thoroughly
-
Take a little bit of the mixed egg batter and liquid and mix it evenly. It will not defoam when poured into the egg batter.
-
Pour the mixed buttercream into the cake batter
-
Mix evenly using the same mixing method, and then put it into a piping bag
-
First, squeeze the cake batter into half of the mold, then put the meat floss
-
Then cover the floss with cake batter
-
After preheating the oven to 150 degrees, bake in the oven for 30 minutes
-
Unmold the baked cake immediately. If you eat it while it's hot, the skin will be crispy, it's a crispy little cake
-
When the baked cake is broken open, it feels a little stringy because there are strands of meat floss inside. But I feel it’s more appropriate to call it a small meat floss cake.
