Chives and meat floss bread
Overview
I have fallen in love with baking recently, and I make whole bread every day if I have nothing to do! Nowadays, food hygiene and safety outside is worrying, but it is better to make your own bread hygienic. A bowl of milk oatmeal in the morning, paired with a fragrant bread to replenish energy for the day, is delicious, delicious and nutritious!

Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare the required materials and use an electronic scale to weigh out the required grams
-
In the bread machine, first add eggs and milk, then add flour, salt and sugar, and finally add yeast (note that yeast cannot be mixed with salt to affect fermentation, so separate them). Start the bread machine and knead the dough
-
After kneading the dough for about 30 minutes, you can pull out the film, add butter and continue kneading to form a glove film
-
Put the kneaded dough into the oven for the first fermentation, put some water in the baking pan to increase humidity and promote fermentation
-
The dough has doubled in fermentation. Use your hands to check to see if it does not shrink back when pressed
-
Press the dough with a rolling pin to deflate it
-
Divide into 5 equal parts and cover with plastic wrap to rest for a few minutes
-
Roll the dough into a long strip, add pork floss and salad dressing
-
Fold both sides like making dumplings and pinch them tightly
-
After shaping the dough, turn the pinched opening over and press it underneath (to prevent loose filling from spilling out)
-
Place in the oven for second fermentation
-
When the dough has risen to twice its original size, brush it with egg wash
-
Sprinkle in diced green onion, pork floss, ham sausage
-
Preheat the oven, put the bread in the middle layer and bake at 180 for about 20 minutes (the oven temperature varies, please adjust it according to your own oven). Take it out a few minutes in advance and squeeze some salad dressing on it to continue baking! The salad dressing on the bread baked in this way is transparent and beautiful
