Steps
-
Prepare the ribs into small pieces. After blanching, cook in a pot for half an hour. Reserve the broth for later use.
-
Marinate one tablespoon of cooking wine, one tablespoon of light soy sauce, half a tablespoon of dark soy sauce, and two tablespoons of balsamic vinegar for 20 minutes. Reserve the marinated juice.
-
Put oil in the pot, add the ribs separately, and fry until golden brown. You don’t need to add a lot of oil. Take out after frying.
-
Put the water used to marinate the ribs in the pot, three tablespoons of sugar (if you like it sweet, you can add more sugar), bring half a bowl of broth to a boil over high heat, add the ribs, and add half a teaspoon of salt. Simmer over low heat for ten minutes and then add a tablespoon of balsamic vinegar at the end.

Before serving, sprinkle with chopped green onion.
