Fresh octopus

Clean it, remove the internal organs, eyes, and mouth~

Chop the octopus into segments

Add water to the pot, wait for the water to boil, put the octopus into the pot and blanch it, then take it out when the octopus is a little curled up! No need to wait for the pot to boil!
