Orange Madeleine
Overview
The simple and easy-to-make orange madeleine has a fruity flavor and beautiful color. After baking it last night, I brought a few to work for my colleagues to eat, and everyone praised it and said it was delicious. If you want to eat it, even if you are a novice, you will have zero failure. (Continue to use the ACA oven, it’s super awesome)

One fresh orange, washed.

First, squeeze out half of the orange zest and then squeeze it into juice.

Stir the egg whites, orange zest and 50 ml of orange juice with a hand mixer until the sugar dissolves.

Sift in the baking powder and cake flour and mix well.

Add melted butter and mix into cake batter.

Pour the mixed cake batter into the madeleine mold 90% full. (Preheat the oven to 190 degrees in advance)

Place in the middle rack of the oven and bake at 190 degrees for 10 minutes, then 170 degrees for 10 minutes.
