  1. Prepare two clean, water-free and oil-free egg-beating bowls. Separate the egg whites and egg yolks. Add vegetable oil to the egg yolks in batches and mix well. Add milk in batches and mix well. Sift in the low flour and mix well and set aside

  2. Add the sugar to the egg whites in three batches

  3. Beat until there is a curved hook when you lift the egg beater

  4. Fold 1/3 of the beaten egg whites into the egg yolks, stir evenly from bottom to top, then pour the batter into the remaining egg whites, stir evenly from bottom to top, and preheat the oven to 190 degrees

Take 5 grams of the mixed batter, add 1 drop of brown food coloring, mix well, spread the printed Zhongjiopa A4 paper on the baking sheet, lay an oilcloth on top, put the brown batter into a piping bag, cut a small slit and draw the hat and body on the oilcloth (forgive me for forgetting to take a picture of this step), take out the A4 paper, put the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 1 minute. Take it out, pour the remaining batter into the baking sheet, and put it into the oven at 190 degrees for 18 minutes

  6. Take out the baked cake piece and drop it from a high place to release the heat, invert it until it cools down and remove the oilcloth

  7. Whip the whipped cream while the cake is cooling

  8. The status is as shown in the picture, put it in the refrigerator

  9. Add a drop of water to the bamboo charcoal powder in the bowl and draw it open. Use a pointed paintbrush to trace the brim of the hat, face, glasses, ears, pockets, hands and feet on the cooled-over cake piece

  10. Spread the whipped cream on the cake, place the mango on one side of the cake, and spread a layer of cream on top

  11. Roll it into shape and refrigerate overnight
