Old rock sugar stewed with lemon can moisten the lungs and relieve coughs, and can also enhance immunity. To put it down to earth, it is perfect as the healthiest hot drink.

  1. Wash the lemon with salt water and remove the stem.

  3. Heat old rock sugar in the microwave for 1.5 minutes and break into small pieces.

  4. Add appropriate amount of water to the stew pot, add sliced lemon slices and rock sugar, and bring to a boil over high heat.

  5. After boiling, reduce heat to simmer.

  6. Pay attention to the stewing process and stir, so as not to burn the pot. Simmer for about 2 hours until caramel color, OK.
