-
Peel the water chestnuts, wash and cut into half
-
I used half a carrot, cut into small pieces
-
I used dried kelp and soaked it in water overnight. Only then can it be developed. Generally, about 8 hours is more effective. Rinse it with running water and put it in a large bowl. Add water to cover the kelp and put it in the refrigerator. It will stay fresh even if you take it out the next morning.
-
Cut kelp into small pieces
-
Boil a pot of water and add the bones when the water boils. (Rinse it with running water after buying it). Remove the meat when white bubbles appear in the pot, remember not to turn off the heat. Otherwise those white bubbles will stick to the meat.
-
Put all ingredients into casserole. Ginger, bones, kelp, carrots, water chestnuts. Just add water until it covers 2.3 centimeters of the material.
-
Simmer for 10 minutes, as letting the pot heat slowly will prevent it from cracking.
-
After that, turn to medium heat and the temperature will be almost the same
-
After the water boils over medium heat, open the lid and gently remove the white bubbles with a spoon.
-
Cook on low heat for about 50 minutes, add appropriate amount of salt to taste, turn off the heat and simmer for one minute.
