Overview

This is the second time I have made pure sesame sauce without adding a drop of oil. I use unpeeled white sesame seeds, which are ground into a sauce after frying until fragrant. It is thick and fragrant. It is the soul sauce of various cold salad series in summer. It is healthier to make it yourself.

  1. White sesame

  2. Pour water into a basin and remove all the floating sesame seeds

  7. After it cools down, pour it into a food processor and press the sauce setting
