Ingredients
Steps
-
Prepare a package of old bread. I used 5 slices diced and 3 slices cut into strips.
-
Prepare chopped green onions
-
Cut the bread into fine cubes. I cut 3 slices of bread into strips and toasted the top and bottom layers together
-
Place the cut bread cubes in a container and wait to be brushed with a layer of butter
-
Place a layer of tin foil on the baking sheet, sprinkle the bread cubes evenly on it, melt the butter over water (I didn't pat it), brush the bread cubes with a small brush, then sprinkle the chopped green onion evenly, and do the same for the bread sticks.
-
Preheat the oven for 5 minutes, put the baking sheet in, and heat up and down to 180 degrees for about 6 minutes. During this period, there were two layers, so I turned over the plate. During this period, I had to constantly check whether the surface of the bread was browned and not burnt!

It’s out!

If you can't finish it, put it in a food preservation bag and keep it for next time
